I've experienced a couple of times now on different sims, wherby a train is shown as breaking down and then the train just doesn't move once the delay time is up.

more details or a save would be useful?

I've already raised an issue on mantis where trains which are delayed and also receive an ACOA are failing to call in when the delay is resolved and sit indefinitely. Is this what happened?

Yes, I believe this is what happened. I've attached the Kings Cross save with this happening to 2B29 on the Down Hertford at Winchmore Hill.

It's not consistent though as I've had trains delayed and recieved ACOA and then continue normally

The ACOA assumption has been disproved, the bug is also present without any ACOA occuring. main thread: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/52736
