Between sig 406 and 306 on the Up Barrow Hill there is a phantom 15mph slowing trains. The 30mph lower permitted speed for freight between Aldwarke Jn and Swinton (I believe) has been removed sometime between 2014-2015? Log in to reply |

Mantis 32456 for both. Is there a Mantis tracker open to view by the average 'SimSigger' to see if this has been resolved?

This issue has been resolved. Just have to sit tight for a release window for the fix as other tickets are addressed also. Cheers How to report an issue: www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=usertrack:reportanissue Log in to reply |

Just confirming the issue is "The 30mph lower permitted speed for freight between Aldwarke Jn and Swinton (I believe) has been removed sometime between 2014-2015?" and the other part of the original report is okay?

Have researched the Aldwarke to Swinton section 30 mphs. Aldwarke Jn was renewed/remodelled over 3 weekends from 1/8/2015 in preparation for Sheffield PSB to be transferred to York ROC Timings in the April 2015 data are correct and take the 30mph into account. The 2019 data has accelerated timings between the 2 locations so its fair to assume that the remodelling also removed the 30mph at this time. Schedules would not have been changed to reflect this until the December 2015 TT change Passed the age to be doing 'Spoon Feeding' !!! Log in to reply |
