Please excuse me if this has been raised before but I have had no luck in finding any post about it, basically I'm playing the 1977 timetable and decided to run a 6 car 313 to Hertford North to stable in the Down Siding which in real life can easily take a 6 car 313 however for some reason the said location only seems capable of taking a 3 car 313 and ends up fouling the pointwork if a 6 car 313 is signalled into this location from Platform 3. What's up with this? Log in to reply |

Just looked at the data and it's coded 100m which I think is 20m (+ allowance) too short- odd I'll need to raise a bug ticket (if there's not one already) as it must have been changed at some time. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Do correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this simulation is set in 2006?

The paged version was released in 2006, I don't think they have massively altered the sim's layout when converting it to scrolly.

According to the version control sheet on the WIKI KX v2.91 was around in 2004 but I'm sure 2.91 was not the first iteration- from memory there were a lot of problems with 2.91 over the version it replaced. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Don't regard the version or release dates as the simulation setting date. KX has evolved over the years in terms of accuracy after box visits and more drawings/details. The siding length may be because of that.
