The idea for the name came from looking at Birmingham Moor Street. Lots has changed since SimSig Saltley came out. Resignalling, New Stations, Location changes and Saltley PSB closed (one of my favourite PSBs). Attached is a brief description of the timetable in relation to the Sim. With improved line speed and signalling in place yes clashes will occur but you are the Bobby. One issue that was noted and has been put on Mantis are irregularities at Elford Loop. Put a reminder on the Exit Signal from the loop and things should work ok. Any issues or comments please put in the thread. Thanks to my small team of testers. Enjoy Post has attachments. Off the Top of my head, currently playing real trains, I think it clashes with an OTM going into Kings Norton

Great TT thank you for uploading!!! Question... eg 6M08 & 6V49, both are booked via Coleshill but in real life if route is free and no booked stop between Kingsbury Jnc and Water Orton, the driver is kept on the 'fast', bypassing Coleshill... However, for both of the above the driver calls in querying the route?? In other Saltley TT's, this didnt happen... Driver just carried on. Any reason for this? Cheers. I've tested on the 1994 timetable and they just go through without a peep...

Not sure if intentional or not - or even if this is meant to even happen on the simulation itself - but all trains you've got terminating Platform 3 at Dorridge report wrong platform. I seem to recall that for whatever reason, they are normally given Platform UDP in other Saltley timetables, which does not cause any wrong platform penalties.

Thanks for letting me know. I will have a look when I am off or if I have a string of nights. I think it maybe a mixture of "Old Sim" "New era timetable Cheers Log in to reply |
