947 points appears to be a bug - logged on mantis for investigation #32527.

The interaction between 952 and 953 points is correct and is commonplace amongst Western Region panels.

Also, there's a catch point shown between Swanesa Loop West Jn and Cockett Tunnel on the down which isn't assigned a point ID in F11, isn't swingable and doesn't redraw. Does it exist clipped & scotched in real life?
That'll almost certainly be a sprung catch point, to derail anything going backwards down the hill. Unfitted or partially fitted freights were still common when the panel was commissioned in the 60s.

There are two "permission" phone calls missing from the manual - Burrows Sdg and Port Talbot Up Sdg.

Port Talbot Up Sidings was already in the manual
Quote:
Trains entering at Port Talbot Up Sidings will phone for permission to enter. In order to set a route from 7537 signal into the Up Sidings you must phone the person in charge, and request they press the shunter release control.
Port Talbot Crossing was taken out of use on XX/XX/XXXX a startup option is available to disable the crossing. When the crossing is enabled it should be noted that 3060 requires the barriers down, and that the auto raise is disabled by setting a route from 7544.
A note has been added about Burrows Siding
