Hugely grateful for this timetable, big fan of the New Street sim.

I've just launched a session, from scratch, and the day is Tuesday. 1Y57 is due to go into Platform 2 from the International direction and join a train with the headcode PL2. 1Y57 phones in querying the route, with the F2 menu saying insufficient platform or words to that effect.

Not sure how to proceed, or whether this constitute a wee bug.

Hiya Alex,
you will have to set the mid platform signal first from sig 199 to the red arrow in front of sig 233 before selecting sig 154 to the mid platform. Setting 199 first tells the driver to 'come on top' of the set already in the platform.

Have a look mat the instruction manual on the link below for full instructions.

Hi,

Loving the TT and its Covid intricacies. Would love to see a bolt on adding some of the missing XC services!

I'm getting towards the end of the TT and 2230 ish. I've got 2A88 which has arrived to 'berth' at BHM PL7 and 5I69 the same at BHI PL1. As this is a 5 day TT what happens to this train as it has no onward workings. Does it step up once the clock has ticked over to 00:01?

If the "berth" option is ticked, and the train has no "next" activity, it will just sit there till the end of the timetable.

Am I missing something here? How does that work if it is a 5 day TT or am I being stupid and its a 24 period that could be any of a single day from 5 days of TT ie 00:00 to 23:59 the restart the sim for a different day?

I thought the clock ticked over and the next day started so 5 consecutive days...

I haven't downloaded it, but I assume the day is selected randomly at the start using a decision. You'll need to run it again for a different day.

SimSig's clock only goes up to 99:59 (ie 4 days 4 hours), so that's the longest you can get in one run.
