I own the Manchester Piccadilly sim - bought in 2018. However, I can't play it for more than 15 minutes beyond the demo time limit. I'm logged in, I'm connected to the internet, all of my other sims are displayed as a green signal to state that I own the simulation, but just not Manchester Piccadilly. Any ideas please? Thanks! It would appear that you locked Manchester Piccadilly to a machine back in 2018 and it's still allocated to that same machine. You may need to request a license unlock via https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses if you don't have access to that original machine.
