Unable to Purchase Without Paypal Account

Today attempted to purchase the North Kent sim but even though I selected the option to pay by card Paypal is forcing me to create an account. For various reasons I don't wish to create an account.

I seem to recall this issue having cropped up some time ago and the solution was to switch browser. Have therefore tried switching from Chrome to Firefox but this made matters worse !! In Firefox I couldn't even select the option to pay by card.

Any other suggestions as I'm keen to cut my teeth on North Kent ?

Not sure I've made myself clear.

Clicking on the pay by card button in Chrome takes me to a page to enter my card details but then won't let me proceed without creating an account.

Clicking on the pay by card button in Firefox has absolutely no effect.

There are a few reason why "Guest checkout" may not be showing.

One, you live in a country that does not allow guest checkout.

Two, your e-mail address is in their system as having an account, therefore will not allow you to check out as a guest.

Three, you have used paypal guest checkout without creating an account numerous times, there is a limit to how many times you can checkout as a guest. (I do not know what the limit is and it may vary country to country).

I thought that the limit was 10 payments as a quest. However, I have been fortunate as so far I have made 12 purchases as a guest.
Wonder what will happen next time.

It maybe as simple as a defined number in a time period ie: no more than 10 payments in 12 months. But it is something that paypal could change without much fanfair

I remember a few years back another using was having simular issues and these were the possible reasons for not being able to checkout as a guest.
