If signal 332 on the up slow is at double yellows then signal 334 will display the same aspect. Does not happen on any other aspect only double yellows.

I think this is as design. The signals around Willesden TMD are much closer together. So you have 2x Double YY. Thus 334 won't show a G if 328 is at R.

Scheme plan notes "334 consecutive double yellows to achieve 100mph running (future)" so it's per design. I absolutely love the little nuances every sim brings. Thanks for adding the note in the manual. Those extra bits of info are always interesting to know.
