Hya all I just bought the West Yorkshire sim fir £30 but having a few issues or I'm missing something.
The 2Fxx trains that shunt at Knottingley aci to 5Fxx
But don't shift they just carry on and end up going to goole,am I doing something wrong.
There's no 2ay of turning them around.

Train our of cobra shows it runs round at Calder Bridge but it won't,it just carries on to Pete.

Am.i missing something....if not I'm not happy paying £30 for a sim that doesn't work correctly.
I'm out for a pint n will have another go later.
Cheers all and hope spoons can help because this sim imo is the best yet in the 1990 period timetable.

Out of curiosity what timetable are you trying to play on West Yorkshire?

If you're playing the 1991 TT, those trains should generally (I've not checked them all) be routed to P1 at Knottingley, then onto the Up and Down Goods to reverse behind FE6402. If you send them into P2 then they won't reverse as they're "looking" for FE6402 but won't ever find it. You'd have to edit the timetable to reverse them at FE5424.

Despite what Steamer says he's not exactly correct. As I wrote that timetable & tested it what you have to do with those trains is to route them from FE6382 at Knottingley West Jn to FE6391 in P1 at Knottingley station & when the overlap drops you then run the Cl.5 from FE6391 to FE6411 on the Up & Down Goods line. There's no need to do any TT editing for that.

Steamer is correct by stating like I did that terminating trains go intoP1 at Knottingley & then reverse by going onto the Up & Down Goods line. But they DON'T reverse at England Lane Xing. The only things that reversed there were locos destined for Knottingley TMD after working an MGR set into Milford Sdgs. This TT is being updated at present with York North/South summer 1991 TT & my Doncaster summer 1991 TTs. These won't be ready for release until sometime in the new year, but there will be a significant increase in MGR coal traffic in the West Yorks summer 1991 TT after I've managed to get hold of some additional information I didn't have at the time of writing this TT.
