Please could you look at introducing a quicker way to mass edit train types or at least edit a few at a time. It's very tedious to go through each one to edit the dwell times on every single train when most of them are the same details which need putting in. Secondly, please can the wiki be updated with default dwell times. This would help people to work out if they need to do manual dwell times. Many thanks Log in to reply |

It would save a lot of time and extra work if this was also possible. Thanks Phil... Log in to reply |

Be aware of Mantis 31269 and related. Until that is cleaned up 'default' dwell times are not reliable. Seems that (at times ?) the default dwells are not being used. My comment in 31269: When looking at Motherwell ( for Mantis 24402 ) I had a 120m train reversing with TD change in 20 to 25 seconds. It is not zero, as I can clear the signal even before the train stops, and the train waits. Train types have zero dwells for all activities - so will be default. According to Mantis 15591 this should take 80 to 95 seconds for that train length. If I do set dwell times for the train type, ( 1 min station forward, 1m30 for terminate forward, 2 min for station rev, 3 min for terminate rev to tell them apart) I get 2m55s as expected, so proving it was a 'terminate reverse' being done in 20s.
