Greetings all, I'm trying to track down the working timetable that has Strawberry Hill in as a location as I'm trying to track down the location to get the arrival time at said location of 7X40 which I believe back in 2003-2004 was when the Class 450/444 fleets were being introduced. I've looked on both the Network Rail archive and Timetable World at their library of previous working timetables but with no luck, does anyone know which wtt it should be in please? Log in to reply |

It was, and still is, part of section WH. For September 2003, here's Network Rail's WTT archive for it: https://history.networkrail.co.uk/uncategorized/IO_aca06760-67c7-4275-b084-2cb69e6f42f4/ The part with Strawberry Hill starts on page 149. Edit: As Meld said, freight is in WK. Which is here: https://history.networkrail.co.uk/uncategorized/IO_ed07c576-b5d6-49f3-a207-6de3b7ac341c/ However Strawberry Hill doesn't seem to be in WK. Probably because it didn't have any regular freight paths? Unit hauls were probably done with STP (or an earlier equivalent of it) Last edited: 01/03/2023 at 12:00 by Dionysusnu Reason: None given Log in to reply The following user said thank you: ajax103 |

I am currently looking at WK West for the period from 23rd May 2004 and service 7X40 is shown on page 8 table 61 as the 19:40 from Wembley Euro to Strawberry Hill with Strawberry Hill only shown in the notes for that table as Strawberry Hill 20:41 and Strawberry Hill depot as 20:43. Strawberry Hill is not shown as a main stopping/calling point. WK for 2003/2004 is also split in the same way but without looking at that I don’t know if 7X40 is shown in a similar way but would imagine so. Just looked and for May 2003 it is in the WK West timetable column 55 with exactly the same timings as I have shown above.
