This train has just arrived onto the Goods Line at Newark from the Retford direction. It should then reverse and travel towards Boulthan Jn. and Lincoln. There is a phone call from the driver who says that he is waiting at signal D72. As the train is meant to travel in the opposite direction, the route for which has been set, isn't this a bit odd. Furthermore, it looks to me as though there isn’t a power unit at both ends of the trains so upon reversing, it will be going backwards?? Am I confused do you think :/ .....  Post has attachments. Barkston Jn is located towards Grantham. The train will berth at D34.
