In the 2021 timetable, 2B03 seeds in Platform 2 and according to the timetable is a 40m Class 150 however upon starting the timetable, the simulation advises that 2B03 has been truncated to 36 metres even though the manual states that the platform in question is 52m long so why does the train need to be truncated? Is 12m not enough between the train and the platform starter signal? Why would the train be truncated in the first place? Log in to reply |

Default seeding position is 15m in rear of signal.

TT author would be better off seeding at P2 (eg as 5Z03) instead of at the signal which avoids the problem. First location Huddersfield, Next activity to 2B03.
