Has anyone had a problem where you make a call but there are no options to click on once it connects? I had this issue in Westbury and Moss Vale layouts so far

Are the options blank all the time, or only sometimes? On Moss Vale, if Berrima or Medway have recently taken at train, or there is a train already departing, the telephone dialog will be blank, because they aren't in a position to take another train. Once the section is clear for a bit, the phone dialog comes back and you can request to send another train. If it's all blank, all the time, then there's a problem.

To avoid the problem could the call be allowed then a response that the train can't be handled at the moment and please call back later? This is the norm for the UK-based sims.

Hmmm...actually, for Westbury, I thought that the Yeovil Pen Mill options have gone blank but actually, am I supposed to be able to call there at all? I wasn't quite sure from the manual:) For Moss Vale, the PN Control seems to blank after playing for a bit, but that may be due to the situation that Drew described:) Apologies for the late reply..thank you for everyone's help

Re Yeovil Pen Mill, the messages available depend on facts. If the facts are not there then there is no message to give and the calls will be blank. I don't have the details to hand but I think you can ask Yeovil PM to cancel a slot, but only if the slot has already been given. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! You will also find this if you have East Coastway. If you are running without Three Bridges connected then you have an option to call the panel 5 signaller to protect Kemps Farm crossing (located between Cooksbridge and Plumpton) as the protecting signal on the down line belongs to Three Bridges ASC, however if you are chained to Three Bridges this call disappears as the 'call' can be made via the f10 messages / Teamspeak / Skype / any other messaging service you are using. Sorry, did not expand on the point after I checked the data. If there's a train awaiting the slot which has not been given then you can phone and ask, if the slot's been given you can ask for it to be restored. Either message is dependant on one or other of the tests being true. I can't recall why these were added or whether they'd ever be needed - possibly hand of God events would give rise at least to the second one. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs!
