In the update all platforms were to accommodate 10 coach trains. At St Margarets after leaving Twickenham P4 8 Coach trains are overhanging F14 including when the train has passed F10.

EDIT: St Margarets could accommodate 10 coach trains at the time without any overhang on the TC I'm pretty sure.

Scheme plans and this video show the "block joint" part way down the platform, and track ~160m long, so in real life a 160m train would briefly occupy the track sections either side. Nevertheless, the track sections in the sim are a little under so I've put that under Mantis 39234.

Was this prior or after the platform lengthening?

Going by the SA, that plan has the current platform lengths for St Margarets.

You'd also have to remember that even though it may seem like a train is overhanging a signal on the panel, the signal position irl may not be exactly where it is illustrated on the panel/sim itself

Given the close proximity of F14 and the TC splits down the platform, that having TBL; TBM and TBN all occupied at the same time is pretty accurate.

Yes, the signalling didn't change. The platforms were extended from somewhere near the 17005 mark to 17059. The car stop markers wouldn't have changed either.
