I have 0Y02 on 1997 timetable, booked to reverse at (VS567/569/571) for VS588 but VS571 will not clear.

I also picked up this rather fun timetable after a lengthy absence from Victoria SE.

I also got into the same situation. I noticed that I mucked up and did what the manual cautioned against - set a main route from VS60 to VC546, hoping to reverse behind VS571 into the sidings.

I haven't had another train trying to go that way to check whether setting the route via shunt signals from VS60 works, but the manual suggests it should.

It does, I made exactly the same mistake on the new 1997 TT!
There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway.
