Whenever I have purchased sims in the past, I've always been able to do using a credit card without creating a PayPal account.

However, this afternoon when I purchased Warrington PSB, I ended up having to create a PayPal account.
Did I miss the option to just pay without creating a PayPal account?

Did you move the slider so that you didn't have to make an account?

No I didn't. I actually didn't notice the slider.

As well as the above, it will randomly not allow you to check out as a guest from time to time- or at least when I've used PayPal on other sites. Trying again a little later usually sorts it.

That's interesting and something that I'll try to remember.
In future I'll wait and try again.
As I said. It didn't really matter because I was able to close the account, but I could have done without the hassle.
