Hi folks, I'm trying to figure out how to recover my old licenses. My old computer was stolen back in December and I finally have a new Windows computer now (been working off of a Mac for the last 6 months). So my licenses are on the old machine that I no longer have access to, the "request license unlock" option is greyed out on the Start New Simulation screen, and there no longer seems to be an option to unlock the liceneses from the My Licenses page on the website. Am I missing something or is this just a situation where I need to reach out the devlopers and see what's possible? Thanks in advance! Log in to reply |

None of your licenses are locked so you should be able to just log in to the Loader and they'll be available to you.

The system says "logged in ok" from the loader but the simulations are still in yellow. Is there any way of refreshing it? Thanks for your help Log in to reply |

On the Select Simulation screen there is a Rescan button at the top. That sometimes helps.
