Whilst paying the 80s scenario for Sydney box, I've noticed that when arriving at Circular Quay 57TA doesn't change timetable to 57TB, the train number updates but it's still stuck on the old table and changes direction at Redfern to head back into the circle

Hello, and welcome to SimSig. I strongly suspect this is related to Mantis 40968 and a fix for this is being tested at the moment. I don't believe this is timetable related. Hey mate, thanks for your report. Did you by any chance notice, if you click on the train's timetable, if the train thinks it's gone past Redfern yet? There is an existing issue as mentioned, where if the full route is set and clear Redfern around to Redfern, trains can become confused. Log in to reply |

I've had the same problem, and if I'm not mistaken I had the whole route around the loop back out of the SIM set in one go as it was in the middle of the night. So yes, it was all green around Redfern

No worries thanks for letting me know that a fix is in the works. I assume if the road isn't off all they way round back to Redfern it behaves alright as a temp fix

If you don't set the road back out of the circle again until the train is in there, you're fine. The fault is very specific to the early hours of the timetable, as once you get to about 0530, there will always be another train in the way when the density of traffic increases.
