I can't find any info on these in the Wiki anywhere and its been over a year IIRC since they were implemented. Would it be possible for this to be added when possible as I'd like to utilise them.

Cheers

There is a page in the wiki on decisions here.

Anything beyond that I would be happy to help you with if you contact me via private message.

The decisions wiki page is dated 2021, and this change came with Loader 5.25 in March 2023.
That wiki page needs to have another paragraph 'Propagation of decisions with chained sims' that firstly states that the function exists and a simple explanation of what now happens.

A few comments on the potential pitfalls for timetablers would be useful as well, as the propagation is mainly used by the 'GHD' chaining timetable folks who do not, for example, use 'day of week' choices or come across similar startup decisions. There may be decision constructs from before propagation that are best now avoided, would be nice to know uo front rather than spend time debugging timetables and not knowing why.
Mantis 37821 is the suggestion item, for those that can see it, with some clues as to what goes on behind the scenes.
