Train List Bug? SOLVED. 02/01/2025 at 09:25 #159793

Hi all,

So I've been away from here for quite a while - Life, the Universe & Everything.
I've re-installed the game & upgraded to 5.29, and I'm currently running Derby 2.1 w/ the 1987 TT.

The problem I have is that there are NO Sort Options on the Train List, just the 'OK' button.
I'm wondering if this is a bug in the game or whether Derby is outdated or whether, indeed, I'm just in my dotage and have missed summat obvious?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks in advance & Happy New Year to you all

Neal x

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED!!

Have run up Derby and looks fine to me. Your versions are also correct.
The usual suspect here, especially on a new PC, is Windows graphics scaling factors. Generally SimSig is happiest with 100% scaling and make visibility adjustments through other means.

For clarity, note that 'Train List' is the window from F2 - and does not have an 'OK' button
'Timetable list' is the timetable editor window from F4 which has the sorting and an OK button

Below a screenshot of my screen and the relevant windows.

I think you might have the "Legacy train list" option ticked which does have an OK button. Press F3 to go into the options and in the display tab you can disable the legacy train list.

Aha! The Legacy Trains List was indeed ticked.
Unticking and closing/reopening Train List totally did the trick.

Thank you both for your answers, much appreciated x
