I have a problem with the Grain branch. After 4O80 has gained the token to go to Grain and whilst traversing the non track circuited section the roundel, unlit because the token has been withdrawn, then suddenly disappears. 4O80 continues to Grain and disappears off the Train List but when 6O11 then attempts to follow 4O80 onto the branch and rings in to ask for access the only answer which is possible to give says there is already a train in section. This sterilises the branch. It is not possible to play around with roundel to try to correct the situation because the roundel no longer exists. I stress, I do not mean the roundel light extinguishes - the roundel disappears entirely. I have rerun the programme several times but the same thing happens every time. What am I doing wrong? I no longer have a saved game and have realised what happens. The roundel does, in fact, reappear after the PIC/Train Crew/Shunter eventually phones in, which is some time after the train has reached Grain and disappeared from the Train List. The roundel does not disappear in a similar way, however, when a train is leaving Grain. I've no idea of the logic behind that any more than I can understand the logic of a roundel with a label saying "Token In" (but only when it is illuminated). Maybe that is how it works in practice - I've no idea. So the operating problem is solved, thankyou. Log in to reply |
