How do you do it?
You have a loco about to reverse at Sig. IE38 to go into the depot when the TMD offer a loco to come out of the depot. Stalemate? You can set the road from IE40 but IE40 will not clear.

either requesting the tmd slot early...ie when the loco is approaching immingham east. i think possibly this doesnt prevent another loco coming out so what i have done so far in this case is to clip points and authorise the tmd loco out between ie45 and ie202. then reverse it and send it as per tt to wherever it goes. i then send the loco behind ei38 into the tmd.

i think this is partially a sim issue becuase once the slot is accepted, nothing should come out of the tmd.

the only think that definetly locks/prevents a train from entering and causing thi situation is setting the road from ie40 into the tmd as fast as possible.

hope this helps

It is not possible run an engine into the depot whilst a engine is waiting to leave the depot.

Loco's leaving Immingham TMD seem to have priority over locos coming on. In reality this would be the favoured move as any delay in the departure of a loco off Immingham TMD may in turn cause the unecessary delay in a WTT service. One thing players during the multi-play test sessions came up with was to set the route from IE.40 signal to Immingham TMD & yes the signal won't clear. When the loco arrives at IE.38 signal to reverse then set the route from IE.38 signal to IE.40 signal. This would stop any loco ringing off Immingham TMD.

potentially this is a sim error that needs reporting for the next release as it only happens at the tmd all other slots CP1, CP2, ore s.s. etc all block trains exiting once they accept a train.

also noticed that if trains enter at roxby gullet and trent yard at the same time they will block each other if they wish to run into trent and roxby. there is no way of crossing them. perhaps rule to prevent them ever entering at the same time?

I have had this occur at CP1, CP2 and Ore, slots given and then trains wanting to depart, Not found to be a problem as arriving trains have to wait longer to enter.

I have been caught out at the Freight Depot running a loco round. Unable to set route back into the depot as a train requires to go into the CHP causing a mexican standoff.
