Hello Everyone! First of all, I would like to thank the very special people that create this wonderful SimSig world. You have taken me to another place where I am happy to spend hours, without kids pets or the misses, enjoying myself. Wembley Sub, are there any trains running, or am I being impatient? Is anyone going to produce a London Underground Map? If so, when and if you do, I will love you for evermore! Cheers!!!!1 Log in to reply |

Hi Gaz, welcome to the wonderful world of Simsig. Good crowd on here, loads of info if you get stuck. I'm relatively new myself and have really got up and running with a couple of sims thanks to the advice available on here. Enjoy! :) Mal. When starting a new game you need to select a timetable. At the bottom of the selection screen should be a start time that can be adjusted. It usually shouldn't be set later than the first train, but can be set earlier. Log in to reply The following user said thank you: gaztop |

Thanks mate, and to everyone that replied. I am working the London line at the moment, busy enough to keep me on my toes! and slow enough for me to route the engines in the right direction. Royston was a great learning tool and I am hoping to learn enough to tackle Waterloo. God help those rush hour passengers when I'm let loose on the board! Waterloo is easier than it looks as it's all ARS, I usually turn the ARS off at the platforms which can be fun at times. Anyway welcome to SimSig you WILL get addicted lol

birchy74's absolutely right, SimSig is addictive. I just had a thought about WembleySub. When I first installed it, I saw no trains, and there was no timetable available either. I was confused by this, but it turns out that there is a box in the options screen you have to tick in order to make the timetable appear on the opening menus - I can't remember how it is worded, but it is something on the lines of "Use Local Files". Perhaps someone else may be able to be more specific about this... In the meantime, hope you enjoy yourself, and hope to see you on a multiplayer sim some time. Tim Log in to reply |
