Been playing this TT through and it's really good with all the through services that now run ie Worcester - Weymouth and such. 3S33 the return NR MPV seems to block traffic at Longbridge on it's return from Swindon. I believe it has a stopping time there. For some reason it seems to stop on the fast line. Before I knew it there was a queue of trains waiting from Barnt Green all the way down the Lickey to Bromsgrove. Was scratching my head then did an F2 and there was 3S33 waiting at Longbridge for its booked departure time. Had to remove it because some trains were over 60 mins late.

Rather than remove (and taking a points penalty) you can edit the TT through F2 to change the Longbridge time to a passing time after which the train should move away.

...or maybe amend to a set-down stop time, which should enforce a stop, but permit an early departure. Of course, in an ideal (simulation) world, the stop would be on the goods line there anyway?
I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

TT'd to Slow Line in the TT which ran on Saltley at the London meet.

Think the whole TT for 3S33 needs tweaking (and/or splitting). As I understand it, the train runs Kemble - Cheltenham - Barnt Green (rev) - Bromsgrove (rev) - Longbridge and exits sim. In the sister TT for Saltley, the train runs onto SL at Barnt Green for the first reverse (allowing trains coming up the Lickey to pass). Train is then TT'd from the Saltley TT back to Bromsgrove (to reverse on Gloucester sim) and back up to Longbridge (where the train sits on SL for a while waiting time to enter Kings Norton).

Unfortunately, the Gloucester sim does not pick up the shunt and reverse moves which the Saltley sim allows which causes 2 problems.

First the train sits on the ML at Barnt Green (rather than running past Barnt Green to SL). To achieve the reverse on the Gloucester sim the train then needs to run back through the banker line at Blackwell rather than over the crossover North of Barnt Green. If there is a train approaching up the Lickey you get a Mexican with 3S33 performing an unsignalled move bang road back on top of the train coming up the Lickey.

Secondly, any early running and the train sits on ML rather than SL to reverse or exit blocking all northwards movement up the Lickey.

I guess the train needs to be split as:

1. 3S33-1 to run Kemble - Cheltenham - Barnt Green and then exit sim.
2. 3S33-2 to run Barnt Green - Bromsgrove (rev) - Longbridge with entry time governed by rule related to 3S33-1 and Longbridge shown as passing time.

Is the Barnt Green exit/entry allowed in the sim code?

I've also just realised that you can't TT to SL for Barnt Green/Longbridge on the Gloucester sim which makes my earlier comments less than helpful. Apologies.
