Hey!
New to SimSig, very good piece of software and love signalling despite being completely taken aback by how it all works. I've been playing the Stafford simulation as I'm from the West Midlands and i'm not good enough to take it up to the next level. I just have 2 questions...

1) What's the procedure for reversing the royal mail freight trains? I've attempted and failed badly at doing so... The wiki says there is a guide but it links to a dead page.

2) When in multi-player and you're the client and you're running the same timetable/scenario why can you not see the train's timetable and details when you click on it?

If anyone could help me out that'd be very muchly appreciated and I look forward to seeing SimSig develop!

The train should have a Detach or Detach Front and a Join activity shown in the timetable at Stafford, so the loco comes off the front, run forward to the next signal, turns around, runs through the station, turns around on the other side and back into the platform to rejoin the train at the other end.

There is an unfortunate bug in Stafford which means clients cannot read the timetables. The only [temporary] workaround would be to run a second copy of the sim with the timetable loaded to look up train movements or (a little advanced) convert the timetable to a read-able text format to look up train movements.

And on the subject - in multiplayer, clients do not need the timetable or scenario, this information is transmitted by the server (host) when you connect. Clients just need the same version of the simulation.

Hope this helps.
