You just need to click on recentt changes, and all changes with the reason are record.

You know, that button's been staring me in the face all this time and I didn't see it there! There's even a button for Less Recent Changes at the bottom of the Recent Changes page... I suppose the only problem is that it shows all the changes, not just the major ones, but it still beats my idea. Thanks for that, I'll delete the page I put up.
