1) where abouts at scunthorpe do i route the "C" coal trains from immingham (the ones that shuttle all day) as all the routes i have tried get an abrupt phone call from the driver stating incorrect route set.

2) at the little crossing on the immingham side of barnetby i recieved a phone calling asking permission to use the crossing so i accepted it and 10 mins later the line had not been handed back thus im unable to set routes over it. any ideas please?
TIA

Coal trains to Scunthorpe CHP from the Immingham direction first go into the Goods Yard (shown as Scunthorpe FD in the timetables), where the loco runs round (run round loco appears). Then the train will re-appear and go into the CHP. On the return, the train again goes into the Goods Yard to run round.

If you mean New Barnetby, then it is possible for whatever is crossing to take longer than 10 minutes. You will receive another phone call once the crossing is clear again. When this is received, you do need to right click on the slot to remove it.

Also, if it is New Barnetby, make sure you've remembered to click the slot button so that the Crossing Keeper can open the crossing!
