Could Wikihelp007 be banned pleased? I've reverted about 5 of his vandalising edits trying to sell electronic cigarettes.

Thanks, There is no user of that name so maybe someone's already done it. Or I think it is possible to have a separate WIKI registration and I don't know where the controls are for that.
