DEAR SIR

i can get into lic/manager this comes up (remove license from this machine)

Hugh, in order for me to help you, you need to help me by understanding what the problem is. You managed to allocate the license to your machine but you've twice asked for it to be unlocked. I have emailed you on both your addresses twice now but had no reply. I am really trying to help but you need to reply with information.

i still the same message when i go into lic/manager.

That was one of the email addresses I emailed you on, twice, with no reply. You have two usernames and two accounts on this website, hence two email addresses (the other includes 99 - does that ring a bell?).

"Remove license from this machine" is a button, not a message. Have you read the manual?

I think you need to establish email contact with Geoff and discuss this properly rather that exchange cryptic emails here. If you have not received the emails he has sent then why not try emailing him from the address you want to use: try the official "Scotland@Simsig" email address on the home page.
