Has the problem with the failures not clearing after saving and quitting then restarting been fixed?

Not sure if I've missed it, but haven't seen an update on this. Getting quite a few TCFs stacking up on my current game now, have I just got to persevere with them or will they clear eventually on a saved game? The problem is I don't normally play for long enough between saves for them to clear before saving.

I'll take that as a 'no' then.

There was a partial fix, however a full fix is currently under test (released to testers late last week).

In the meantime, you can clear the failures via the Incident Control Panel (F11).

Can someone please explain how to do this? I've got a track circuit failure at Harrow locking up the Up Uxbridge line, which doesn't clear after saving and relaoding - it's been on for 4 hours during the night period. As the original incident report no longer appears after reloading, how do I find out the track circuit identificaton letters so I can deal with it in the F11 incident control panel? Otherwise, it's a great simulation. Log in to reply |

Open F11, go to track circuits, click the little mouse symbol, click the track circuit you want to toggle, this will highlight that track circuit in the list.

It should of course be borne in mind that during the night hours that many of the signalling and telecommunications team depots actually shut at night, therefore attendance times will increase and that is also assuming that the available teams are not engaged on track renewals work. Is it still like that then? I thought when I retired and Network Rail took over that everything was going to be so much better. After all we old railwaymen were getting every thing wrong, weren't we? How disappointing!
