Help - I have downloaded the new version of Kings Cross and, so far, I am unable to open the programme. The new SimSig programme has been downloaded OK. I use Windows 8.1 with programmes allocated to programmes x86. What has happened (?)

The new version of Kings X is a "loader" version, you open the sim via the Simsig Loader which you can obtain by downloading the latest system files. Have you downloaded those? It runs within the SimSig Loader program so you need to install the SimSig Loader first. This happens when you install the latest version of System Files from the Downloads section. There is a lot more about the Loader in the Wiki. Sorry guys i'm obviously missing something simple. But how do I get timetables into the King's Cross SimSig Loader? All I have is 2 1985 timetables in there. Cheers Log in to reply |

Copy any old timetables across, and place them in C:\Users\Public\Documents\SimSig\Timetables\KingsX (NB that file path my vary if your on XP) "Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Lima66 |
