Hi. Just working through the V4 Swindid 2006 timetable and I ran into a problem on the Melksham branch. Running the updated one without the developer code at the bottom I have accepted trains and they've ran through no problems, this is the first one I have sent towards Bradford Junction. I noticed when I set the route that it only appeared set part way along the route as far as track circuit TTML. I ran the train along like normal thinking it may just be my screen (set and unset can sometimes appear nearly indistinguishable from each other. I have attached a screenshot and the save game at the point I noticed it Many thanks Mark Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

Yes - every train in that direction over the single line will have to be removed.

" said:Yes - every train in that direction over the single line will have to be removed.Or, you can reverse the stuck trains to Thingley Junction, then run them through to Bathampton Junction, the only downside being that the diverted trains may hold up the frequent Class 1's (I still prefer this method to removal though). Of course you would also need to edit the TT's of all further trains booked to head down the Melksham. Peter/Geoff, Downloaded & installed loader SwinDid from the website yesterday and this issue is still there. Any news on a re-release? Thanks for all the hard work n this, by the way! Don't want to sound like I'm moaning! Sam Sam Wainwright Log in to reply |

Hi I've not long downloaded the sim Swindon A & B IECC, in relation to the comments made when routing trains via Melksham V4 my train stops, after 5 mins the phone flashes, I answer it, it says "train stopped at buffer stops" do you want to wait so many mins or reverse the train. I don't really want to reverse the train as this causes more problems, any advice please Thanks Kev Log in to reply |

Ensure you have updated the sim via the "check for updates" button in the loader, this shouldn't occur on the latest version.

Thanks for the advice, have clicked on this button in the loader and nothing has happened with the SIM in play! or do I have to restart the game from scratch? Thanks Log in to reply |

" said:Thanks for the advice, have clicked on this button in the loader and nothing has happened with the SIM in play! or do I have to restart the game from scratch? You need to restart, but before doing so, take a snapshot of your game (Ctrl S) then close it. Open the Loader and click on "Check for Updates". Once it finishes, try reloading your "saved snapshot" by clicking on the 3rd option on the Loader.
