I've cobbled together a speed limits map for VC, which can be found here. Some parts are better interpreted as "maximum/average limit of several", notably on the St. Helier and Crystal Palace lines where there are lots of short speed restrictions in one Simsig TC. Also, from 30mph and up, the categories include n+5mph as well, but that shouldn't make a huge amount of difference. If someone's inclined to make a signal numbers map, the underlying image is also available (although you might find the odd set of points coloured in orange from when I messed up with layers...). " said:thanks Danny it might be useful. There's one for KX on the wiki, which was partially the inspiration - the real cause was me wondering whether the Slow Lines were actually that much slower! I intend to have a go at Victoria SE too to complete the pair, and may have a look at other sims when I find the time. (By the way, how do you upload files to the wiki, or is it an admins-only thing? I can't find the option to do it) Oh, I forgot to mention that above 30mph, the speeds cover the whole range - so 45mph will be indicated as 40. I probably could have got away with a specific colour for 45mph, but didn't really think my colours through beforehand! Last edited: 31/01/2014 at 02:57 by Danny252 Log in to reply |

Click the button that looks like a picture (further along from the formatting buttons), and at the top of the file listing there's a box which allows you to select a file to upload. When it's uploaded, you can select it from the list to insert it. You to log in to the Wiki edit it. If you joined the Forum before 27th November 2011, you'll already have a Wiki account, which uses the same user name and password as you had for the Forum at that time.
