I've just started a new session on the latest version of Gloucester with the 2005SX timetable and come across a rather "interesting" feature/problem! I'd sent a Class 6 freight (6V03 to be precise) around the avoider just after 05.30, forgetting that 1B03 should be leaving for Swindon about then. However to stop 1B03 from being delayed I decided to rout it via the reversible Down Curve to Tuffley Jcn whilst keeping 6V03 on the Up Main and holding it at G264 until the passenger went through. The route set through G335 and onto Tuffley Jcn OK, but much to my surprise the platform 4 starter at Gloucester station cleared immediately, before I'd lowered the Horton Rd crossing barriers and pressed the clear button!! Now unless I'm missing something blindingly obvious here, that should not happen! Luckily I spotted it and got the barriers down before 1B03 left, but in real life the RAIB and Network Rail would be throwing a wobbly at what is a serious wrong side failure..... Said issue doesn't appear (at least so far) if trains are route along the Up Curve or towards Cheltenham, so it looks like something's been missed somewhere in the code. Can anybody reproduce this fault or am I doing something stupid somewhere?

Just to confirm that I have successfully been able to reproduce this error. Upon setting the route from signal G333 (left-end of Platform 4) to signal G335 (Down Curve, below Sdgs 1-12) signal G333 does indeed clear to a less restrictive aspect other than red. I cancelled the route from G335 and signal G333 changed to a yellow. I also tried setting the route from signal G333 to signal G235 (below Sdgs 1-12, above signal G335) however this did not cause the signal to clear.

Hope this helps.

Yep, seems to be confined to the platform 4 starter (G333). Setting routes from either the Up Main (G35) or Up Relief (G233) signals towards G335 doesn't see the signals concerned clear until the barriers are lowered and the crossing clear button is pressed. Glad to see it wasn't just me doing something unusual.....
