That is an issue with your Anti Virus program, you need to either temporarily disable it, or add an exception for the North East Scotland file. I can't be held responsible for any problems thus caused. Firstly, may I suggest the use of non cap lock posts (It does look like shouting) Secondly when I used Norton Antivirus, it did recognise many sims as risks. I did notice that the message it gave me was due to the fact that it wasn't a commonly download file. This for me was mostly with newly released sims.
