As with many sims Exeter is future-proof coded to chain with a Plymouth Sim and there maybe a bug you have found in that. Can you explain exactly what happened and how (to the best of your understanding) and I can take a look.

when Jamesh1492 came in it came up with that bug then it came up with windows erron did not catch the code it did not close the mp or the sim down when he joined again the bug did not appear and the rest of the mp went fine

A little bit past St Germans (257.75 miles) is approximately where Plymouth panels first signal is.

Somewhere in the same folder as the loader there should be a file entitled "SimSig Loader.log" where n is a number.
Suspect of you search for "Plymouth" that should save you wading through reams of data.

Send it to Peter.bennet@SimSig.co.uk please.

Somewhere in the same folder as the loader ...
Unless you installed the Loader into Program Files, then it's more likely to be in the Public Documents - SimSig folder.
