I have had a call from 2W43, the driver claims to be at the buffers?? There is no train showing on the sim at IBM yet it is on the train list.

For some reason 2W43 never picked up the fact he'd past through Dunrod, so is now sat at Wemyss Bay platform 2 expecting to continue through the buffer stops and eventually find Dunrod. You can solve this by changing him to 2W40 in F2, next location Wemyss Bay and ensuring that he faces up. EDIT Seems no trains are picking up that they are passing Dunrod in the Down direction for me. 2W43 has moved on and is sitting at the buffers at Wemyss Bay. This is because the TT has not stepped forward from IBM. Perhaps you manually signalled it past Dunrod Loop which confused the ARS. You need to go into F2, right click on 2W43, go to Edit Timetable, highlight the Wemyss Bay entry and click on the "Set Current/Next Location" button. This will then persuade the sim that 2W43 has reached the end of its journey. It will then disappear from F2 and 2W40 will appear in its place. You can already see 2W40 on the panel as the ACI at Wemyss Bay has already changed the headcode. Edit: Still typing while Karl was posting. Either solution will work. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Last edited: 21/01/2015 at 19:35 by postal Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Oddjob |

I have found that holding a train at signal P136 avoids this problem. Don't know if that is helpful but posting just in case.

you have no problems if you send trains via Dunrod loop.
