" said:Don't lose heart, BVE. I applaud you for your enthusiasm and commitment to hosting SimSig. Posting a timetable was a good idea to let people know when your multi-play sessions would be on. Unfortunately, it has been misinterpreted, which often happens with something new. In another place, regular hosting meant that players knew what to expect and as a result attendance was higher and games more frequent. It would be good to see something like that here on the SimSig forum. Keep on hosting.Thank you! I'm glad that you understand why I have posted this timetable and yes, no person's opinion will ever stop me from hosting on SimSig. I enjoy it and as long as the people who join do as well, then that's all that matters to me. Once again, thanks for the support. Very grateful Log in to reply |

Nobody else ever has done a hosting timetable. AFAIK. This topic just makes you come across as selfish and arrogant in my opinion.I have already made it clear that I am not trying to stop you guys from hosting and this is just to let you guys know when I plan to host. Think this topic has run it course. The original post (as currently amended) seems innocuous. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Mods This is getting silly. Please can we lock this topic (even if only to protect those who seem hell-bent on destroying their own credibility). The BVE2010 published a hosting timetable which some found a useful addition and some didn't. Can that not be the end of it, please. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply |
