Ok... So I am not a complete 'noob' when it comes to Simsig but I am a noob to multiplayer sessions. I think I would probably enjoy the sims a lot more if I learnt how to take part, but I have a multitude of questions so here goes: 1) What exactly do I need to be able to join (other than obviously the sim itself) 2) How long do you have to play for (ie an hour, two hours etc etc) 3) Say I have to cut my session short will that ruin it for all? Sorry for the questions but I am sure there will be more but those are the ones I can think of for now Log in to reply |

" said:Ok...1) Just the sim (And an appropriate license if it is a payware sim. 2) As long or as short as you want just let the host know when you join how long you want to play for. 3) Try and give some notice to the host, but most of the time it isn't a huge problem if you have to go early. (I remember being on New Street Centre panel during a multiplayer game; I was living in university halls at the time, the fire alarm went off so I had to go at short notice. The host simulated that New Street PSB had been evacuated and we left the game running till I got back ) "Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer Log in to reply |
