I experienced a repeatible pattern when joining the first multi-player for me tonight on West Hampstead. Did panel 1 and consistently (even after logging out/in and had host reset routes) I could't set routes from e.g. 4 to 2. While I could set 6 to 4. There are other examples of routes I couldn't set and others I could. No messages, the start of the route indicated as normal at entry signal but selecting exit signal for the route - no reaction and nothing seen of the attempt to set route by host. Not sure if this is another symptome of similar problem as I described in another thread (but this time it was not "ghost" TD's and tracks). Tried same routes in single player, no problems. 1. What did the host's log file show, if logging was enabled? 2. Did the host, or any other client, manage to set the same route? 3. Presumably in 1980s or 1990s mode? 4. What version of the Loader and Sim? This sim, in the 1990s era, has been played extensively as a multiplayer very recently to test Pascal's 1991 timetable, with nobody reporting such an issue. 1. Recreated today (not via local setup, didn't manage). I set route 227 -> WH229 in client, host saw it when logging as WH1X via { } to 227. 2. Yes both hosts and other clients could set that route. 3. 1990 era. 4. Loader 4.5.4, West Hamstead 1.11. And I agree, haven't seen others reporting this and it went smoothly for the other clients. It almost seems like it picks up another era (partly?) as client? Log in to reply |
