Running Wimbledon with the 2009 combined WTT (0445 start, no ARS) and have routed 2U66 from signal 22 > signal 10 > P14 via the panel 1/2 crossover. Signal 22 (Up Windsor) has cleared to a clear (green) aspect despite signal 10 indicating a subsidiary route. Signal 10's subsid route is also clearing immediately instead of being approach released. Hopefully the screenshot will make it clear what I mean! Post has attachments. Log in to view them. There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway. Log in to reply |

It does look very wrong! The sub shouldn't have cleared till the train was stopped or nearly stopped at it, and the signal in rear should have been a yellow at best.

Now issue #14618. It looks like this affects the cross-panel call-on routes into platform 14, both via 10 and 8.
Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick. Log in to reply |

At Waterloo I think I have seen shunts lit up before a train arrives at the signal.
