Just wondered wether it was a bug or not but the trains going around the sub are going at 10mph which is to slow as the line speed is 40mph in real life. There is no speed restriction imposed on the sub at start up if there is it doesn't appear on th f7 menu.

Can you be more specific as to where the train is and which way it's going what was the last signal and what aspect it passed at etc etc.

On a quick check the speed is set at 40mph so can't immediatly see what the problem could be.

Actually have just looked there is a TSR setup for the sub the whole length both ways- it- set to be random between 10 and 20 mph- I suspect that is it- why you can't find it in the messages I don't know.

Have you checked the Incident Report to make sure there is no Temporary Speed Restriction imposed on that line?

The speed restriction is on both the up and down line from signal EP629 to ES673 (down line) and EP672 to EP634 (up line). Since you say it is random speed restriction that will be it the sim is being run in the standard option with ARS on. As i said there is no mention of the speed restriction on the incident report so thats why i thought it may have been a bug or something.

Have just tested this out with my specially created train 1Q40 (a 140mph Diesel  ) and it ran at 40mph on both directions of the the Suburban line and this test was using the "Perfect" scenario. Were you using the same scenario or a different one?

There is a 25 PSR on the road heading towards Millerhill, mileages 3m25ch to 3m55ch.Also the gradient is very steep coming off Craiglockhart Jn so a loaded coal train will be very lucky to be doing 10 at the summit.
