is 0Y31s the loco for 7Y31? as I had 7Y31 enter from East Yard before 0Y31s entered.

0S31S should have seeded in the HS at midnight. It runs into East Yard, connects up with 7Y31 (off sim) and then 7Y31 comes out. If the train has appeared before the engine that's a bit of a slip by the yard, but there's not a lot you can do about it except send the engine into the yard anyway as booked.

Do you have delays on by any chance?

There isn't a rule for 7Y31. Odd that we didn't spot that durting testing! It should probably say "7Y31 must appear 20 mins after 0Y31S has left the area"

I was thinking a rule might be needed.

To answer Kev's question I had a points failure at the station which through timings out.
Up to 90 minutes for the technician to fix.

I might need another rule as I had 7B75 enter at Gillingham before BLST5 arrived.

There you go then. Pascal's tt is meant to be run without delays as they are challenging enough without them!

6Y62 0905 Eastleigh - Dinton MOD departing Dean Hill for Dinton, but the TT doesn't specify whether it is destined for the Navy or Air. Am I free to choose which location to send the train into?

Regards,

Phil.

IIRC the answer is no. There is a specific way they run. I can't remember to bee honest, but I suspect the best person to ask would be either Kev or AndyG.I wrote the timetable but they did the testing of it.

Ok 58050, thanks. As it happened I set 6Y62 back inside the MOD Air sidings via Dinton East GF and received no complaints.

Maybe it needs some sort of flag if there is information in the field.

I think the button looks different but I agree that it's not particularly obvious.

Where do you find the timetable notes please? I cannot find any reference to a "Notes Button" anywhere.

Right-click on the train's description and click "Popup timetable". In the upper left corner there is a button entitled "Notes". If it's disabled (like in this image) there are no notes. Otherwise it will be enabled, you can click on it, and then a window pops up with the notes.

The forthcoming Loader update makes this button more obvious.

No notes carried by 6Y62 on departure from Dean Hill GF to indicate which department of Dinton MOD this train is destined for so where is the necessary information?

For V1.0.5UID of the Withered Arm TT (latest from the Updater), there appear to be no notes with any iteration of 6Y62 looking at the Misc tabs in each train's entry in the timetable editor.

If the train's last location is 'Dinton MOD', GF 313 would be appropriate; whereas if the train's last location is 'Dinton MOD (AIR)' GF 314 should be used.

Here's the Salisbury manual entry for the Dinton GFs.

Would the simplest and most obvious option be to add (air) or (navy) into the timetable description to avoid having to reference notes?

This would involve a sim update which ain't gonna happen.

Kev
I think the proposition is that the train description in the TT shows as Someplace - Dinton MOD (Air) or Someplace - Dinton MOD (Navy). That wouldn't require a sim update but only some relatively minor TT editing.
