Firstly can I say thanks to Postal for arranging both the meet itself, the visit to Tramlink on Sunday.

I look forward to meeting everyone tomorrow at The Plough for what's looking to be a very interesting and exciting meet for everyone.

Unfortunately our usual game master JamesN is not available, but fear not I've stepped in to provide something in his place. Though I can't promise to be nearly as good.

I'll leave you with this, 11 panels, 3 simulations, but what will we be playing...?

At a guess, Scrabble?

Sounds good Karl: see you there.

As for what we will be playing I pondered this and considered that, if Rugby North, Rugby Central and Rugby South were one sim, we could be having Wembley Mainline + Watford Junction + Rugby which, by my working out, makes 11 panels.

However as there is a "Sim releases" thread ()which, sadly, I cannot access) which has been active the last few days or so I am guessing it could be something new. Whatever it is I look forward to finding out tomorrow: see you all there.

Good morning all.

First off apologies I can't be there for the whole day this time out - I'm hoping to get up to London for around 1530 so might yet see some of you later.

Thanks to Headshot119 for arranging a game in my absence - I'm sure whatever he has in mind will be worth it!

Thank you to everyone who attended today's meet, I hope you all enjoyed yourselves.

People who attended today's meet in London (October 15th 2016) will have had an opportunity to play three brand new never before seen simulations...

More information can be found in this thread.

Thanks to everyone that was able to attend. I don't know exactly numbers as some came and went but somewhere in the high 20s turned up. The pub were happy with the spend, the room was good, the drinks selection was good, the food was good, and the company was great. Thanks to Postal for arranging things.

We even got to meet #OpenTrainTimes himself, Peter Hicks!

I'd just like to echo the views of everyone else, and thank John for organising the meet and the trip to Tramlink on Sunday - especially interesting for me as I travel on it or across it every day!

Diolch to Karl for the preview of the new Welsh sims and was great to finally be able to meet everyone and finally put faces to names of all those I've asked for advice writing tt's over the years.

I would also like to say that it was good to see so many at the London meet. Diolch yn fawr to Carl for providing playable previews of the Cardiff, Valleys and Vale of Glamorgan simulations. Thanks also to the person / people responsible for organising the meet. The venue was, IMO, a very good choice and one we should perhaps keep in mind for the next time there is a London meet.

See you all next time if it doesn't clash with anything else.

Dave
