den 36 posts	hi recent windows update has taken out my edinboro sim have done a complete re install of SimSig version downloads fine but not able to get license but no joy not even allowed a demo not shown in loader cant access license manager error pops up filled a form in just over a week ago tried to do another today but validation answer not working your help would be appreciated thanks den Log in to reply

There should be a shortcut to it in Start-> Program Files-> SimSig. What error pops up when you attempt to open the License Manager? You need to log in with your "den" account to get your Edinburgh license. Your "mcnab" account contains your Birmingham New Street license. Do you want your two accounts merged? I'm sure GeoffM could arrange that. Just let us know which username you want to keep. mcnab 7 posts	have checked my main pc and it appears I have lost west hampstead sim too main pc says edinboro is allocated to another machine [ this would be my lappy Log in to reply
