Since the recent updates have installed, I don't seem to be able to connect to multiplayer sims nor can people connect to my sim if I'm acting as the server. Any ideas?

Are you on loader 4.5.15. If you aren't then you need to redownload the system files and install them. As for people not being able to connect to you, I'd suspect firewall or port forwarding issues if you have the correct loader version.
