How ever it is possible to edit the TT for trains to enter at Oxford. you would need to edit ALL trains that enter from Oxford North JN. on the Locations tab you will need to remove the first entry of "Oxford North JN" so the first entery is "Oxford Parkway" Original TT of trains entering at Oxford North JN  Modified to enable Trains to enter at Oxford North JN
