This has no doubt been posted else where, but I run SIMSIG with vista on a Dell Laptop and get resolution issues. I think this had something to do with Vista not liking rasterised screens.... I've found the best thing is to load the sim, press 'exit' but don't actually exit when prompted. The window will resize itself and look proper, but it won't take up all of the screen.
